Greenline Subcontractors Tender Strategy and Management

The Bid Coordinator worked with Greenline to develop a submission for the education sector. Greenline had strong branding concepts in its capability statement, which The Bid Coordinator used to create a seamless tender document. 

The strategy for this submission included identifying the client needs and drivers – which covered a large number of panel members and formal sign-offs – to ensure that the tone and content was reader-specific. 

The Bid Coordinator then provided Greenline with the InDesign soft copy and additional learning resources, so that Greenline could continue to use this template internally for ongoing submissions.
