Basic answers vs. using each question as a valuable opportunity to illustrate your company’s value

Answering content and providing valuable responses to RFT questions are two different things.

The first will often be the default unless you constantly work on your tender process.

Here are some suggestions to help any builder, engineer or architect write engaging responses:

👉🏻 1. Answer the question and stop copy pasting from previous tenders (..soo much)

👉🏻 2. Have a strategy to what main points you are going to cover before you start writing so that your answer is clear and focused

👉🏻 3. Use bold headings and paragraphs with distinguishable gaps so that the content can be skimmed

👉🏻 4. Provide more description in your headings as this is free advertising space and can set the tone. We like our headings soo bold and descriptive that you could read our entire sell point strategy (client focused of course!) through the headings alone

👉🏻 5. The eye looks first at images - never leave an image without a descriptive caption providing features and benefits

👉🏻 6. Learn to write in features and benefits style

👉🏻 7. Keep text left justified s o t ha t t her e ar en t too many g ap s in your paragraphs. This is exhausting for your readers to read.
