Tendering is a speciality skill that requires advanced strategy and content writing skills if you want to get ahead of your competitors and win more tenders

Tendering is a job that ANYONE can do.
BUT that doesn't mean that everyone is good at it!

What are some steps that The Bid Coordinator can offer to help you move to a higher, more efficient win rate?

1. Encouraging you to tender only within your niche (price range and sector ie. fit-out, schools, defence). (Yes, we will question you if we think that you are not a strong candidate for a submission).

2. Improving the quality of your written responses to be more direct and client solution focused (answering the question with clarity INSTEAD of copy/pasting from a sort of similar question from a previous tender also helps!!).

3. Upgrading the look and feel of your tender to ensure that you are being perceived as professional and competent.

4. Creating an easy to navigate document so that answers can be found quickly. Design examples include: divider pages for all attachments and every new schedule, double column text/reduced page margins for easier readability, BOLD headings that stand out and left (not fully) justified text.

(✅ All part of our formula you can download for FREE from our website - "Better Tender Presentations PDF")

5. Submitting each 'envelope' in a singular PDF form with minimal seperate attachments/multiple files (sending your attachments as a list of seperate files in a ZIP which are not clearly named in correlation to the question is NOT doing anyone any favours :p).
