Delaney Civil Civil Contractors Capability Statement

The Bid Coordinator worked with Delaney to develop its submissions into more professional documents that could complete with Tier 1 companies for major road and civil engineering projects.

We updated the look and feel from Word documents with separate attachments, which were confusing for assessors and auditors, into cohesive InDesign submissions. We focused on developing a professional yet personal look and feel for the capability statement and several submissions – winning two of three submissions in less than six months.

The Bid Coordinator later provided the InDesign soft copy, training materials and guidance to the Delaney Civil team so that they could continue to deliver quality submissions in-house.
